Retirement Residence
Cornwall, On.
A local residential retirement facility was looking to expand. A new 80-unit 17,500 sq.ft., 3 storey structure was constructed with a link to the existing building. The building included a commercial kitchen, dining room, community areas, a gem, a games room, beauty salon and medical offices.
Wellness Center
Ottawa, On.
HSP assisted a team of doctors, alongside an architect to develop a 2 storey, 8-unit wellness center. The center included multiple doctors offices, a dental clinic, lab and pharmacy.
Repair Garage
Hamilton, On.
A local automative group were looking to develop a site in Hamilton, Ontario into a repair garage and storage facility. The building was design and constructed with parts storage in the basement and upper level and a 7-bay repair garage on the main level. The facility consists of a 4,500+ sq. ft. footpring. HSP provided Architectural, Structural, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering services for the build.
