Industrial SO2 Exhaust System
Cardinal, On.
An industrial processing plant contacted HSP to design an exhaust system for excessive SO2 escaping process equipment into the occupied space. A new 7500 CFM exhaust system was designed to exhaust from process equipment and the occupied space, and a make-up air system was designed to replace exhausted air.
Industrial Piping Design
Morrisburg, On.
An industrial manufacturing plant required assistance with piping design for a plant air project. Pipe routing was planned on site in collaboration with the Client to interface with existing systems. Structural supports were designed to support the pipe and resist seismic loads.
API 650 Tank Design
Morrisburg, On.
HSP Provided the design for a field-erected, vertical, welded steel storage tank designed and fabricated in accordance with API Standard 650 – Welded Tanks for Oil Storage. The tank was a flat-bottom tank shell with a fixed roof, constructed using carbon-steel plate. The tank includes standard API-compliant appurtenances such as roof manways, shell nozzles, ladders/platforms, venting provisions, and internal accessories as indicated on the drawing.
