Gourmet Donut Shop

HSP assisted a local entrepreneur with the fit-up of an existing retail space into a Gourmet Donut Shop. Our involvement included the development of the mechanical and electrical plans, including the fit-up of the commercial kitchen for the local food establishment.
Multi-Use Administration Building

An existing single storey warehouse building was designed to be renovated into a 2 storey office building. The office building features multiple areas, including classrooms and a health clinic. HSP provided full engineering services, and provided architectural design in collaboration with one of our local architects.
Repair Garage Addition
Cornwall, ON.
To support the expansion of a local automobile repair facility, HSP delivered Architectural, Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical design services for a 2,700 ft², three-bay garage addition. The design incorporates enhanced insulation exceeding building code minimums and high-performance overhead doors with superior sealing for improved energy efficiency.
